Welcome to Shapland Swim School Morayfield, located in South Caboolture next to the soccer fields. The centre is owned and operated by Melissa & Robyn Irwin.
Melissa has been involved in swimming from an early age, being taught to swim and later coached by founder of Shapland Swim Schools, Chris Shapland. Melissa went on to compete at an international level representing Australia for Open Water Swimming in 1999 & 2000.
We see our role of supplying semi private swimming lessons to the community as invaluable with every child that learns to swim potentially a life saved. Learning to swim at Shaplands Morayfield means your child is given a fun swimming lesson in an exceptional environment that is specifically designed for the teaching of swimming.

Melissa Irwin

- ASTCA Level 1 Swim Coach, currently completing course requirements.
- Represented Australia in open water swimming.
- Understands the learn to swim process thoroughly.
- Owns and operates the swim school with her mother Robyn and is our youngest franchisee.
- Knows that swimming lessons gives your child a life long life saving skill.

Gail Green
Gail has been an educator of children for many years and has taught swimming lesson and conducted swim classes for pupils from 3 months to 82 years young.
Qualifications:

- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant Aquatics
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics to People with Disabilities
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adult Aquatics

Megan McArthur
Megan is the youngest of six children and learnt to swim in a farm dam competing with eels and ducks for swim space. Her aim is to help children be comfortable in their swimming lessons and enjoy the water through fun and encouragement.

Kyra Bradfield
Kyra is currently completing her traineeship certificate in Community Recreation, having always
had a desire to teach swimming.

Swimming Lessons Payment & Enrolment Details |

Price Schedule for our swim classes.
Effective 1 August 2008
- Only three children to a swim class.
- $56.30 per month per child.
- This equates to $13 per swimming lesson.
- A discount of 10% is given if 3 or more children in the family are enrolled in the learn to swim program
- Payment for your child's swimming lessons is worked out on a monthly basis with a $56.30 family enrolment deposit when you start in our learn to swim program: this becomes your last month’s payment when finishing.
- Each monthly payment is due in the first week of the month.
- We accept Cash, cheque, Internet payments and Eftpos.
- All outstanding accounts will incur a late fee of $10
Cancellations of your swimming lessons. Your booking is a permanent place in the swim school and we require a month’s notice when you wish to finish. The Enrolment Fee ($56.30) is then used for your last 4 swim lessons.
